We are thrilled to announce the release of our latest Solo, “Endlings,” by Kirsten Sundberg Lunstrum, available now for $1.99.

“Endlings” follows Dr. Katya Vidović, a woman who left behind memories of war and a dying mother when she emigrated from Croatia to the United States as a child. Now working with adolescent girls who suffer from eating disorders fueled by the fear of losing control, Katya struggles to help her patients while confronting her own desperate need to make peace with the past.

Her work has previously appeared journals such as One  Story, The American Scholar, and Willow Springs, and has twice been distinguished by The Best  American Short Stories anthology. She is the recipient of a PEN/O. Henry Prize, as well as fellowships from the Sewanee Writers Conference and the MacDowell Colony. Lunstrum is a current Seattle Jack Straw Writers Program fellow. She works as an English and creative writing teacher at a small, private high school outside Seattle, Washington.
