Ploughshares Weekly Contest: Derek Walcott

Round four of our free Ploughshares contest! This week, comment to win a copy of our Spring 1987 issue, guest edited by Derek Walcott and featuring work by Rita Dove, Jorie Graham, Seamus Heaney, and many more.

For those of you that don’t know the drill: comment in our response section below telling us why you love the work of Derek Walcott or any of the issue’s other contributors. Our managing editor Andrea Drygas will choose the winning commenter by noon tomorrow and mail you the issue. In exchange, we’d like a short review of the issue, which will be published online in honor of our fortieth anniversary (more details here.)
